At K9Canopy™, we are a small team of product designers, surfers and dog-lovers based in Huntington Beach, California. We really enjoy making fun products for the surf and pet industry.

Our Chief Product Officer is Rocky, a West Highland White Terrier who is 11. Like all Westies, Rocky is very hard to please. He either likes it, or he doesn't. He liked the stick that you see below... for 5 minutes. Then he never touched it again. So, rest assured, all K9Canopy™ products are fully Rocky approved.

 

Made in America

We are proud that every K9Canopy™ is hand-made right here in California. We have a small team of seamstresses who stitch the fabrics to make the Canopies. Inevitably, some components like the bungee cords and the grommets are sourced from US suppliers but do come from China.

We do not use 3rd party drop shippers. We manufacture and assemble each unit ourselves, pack all orders onsite and send them out to customers.

Shipping

At present, we manufacture in USA and sell direct to customers in the USA only. We hope to be selling internationally in the near future. 

PLEAE NOTE: We do not mark up shipping costs - we try hard to keep the shipping costs as low as possible. The product is very light, which helps. but ever since COVID shipping costs have been a bit of a moving target. Where possible, we will offer FREE shipping for customers ordering multiple Canopies. 

Product Warranty

Every K9Canopy™ comes with a 30-day limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your product is found to be defective within this period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it at no cost to you.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or use outside of intended purpose. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you and your dog to be totally happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your K9Canopy product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

 

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

 

Exchanges:

• If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no cost to you
